These Terms of Use govern the use of www.aikchehiong.com (the “Website”). By using this Website, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Aik Che Hiong, Company Registration Number 00733000J, and its subsidiaries, associates and officers. The Website operates as an e-commerce website selling products for religious usage(the “Products”). For the purposes of this Terms of Use, “you” shall mean any user of the Website, whether you purchase the Products & Services or not.

GENERAL

In order to contract with Aik Che Hiong, you must be over 21 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us, or possess the valid bank account for payment via bank transfer. AIK CHE HIONG retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will send you a confirmation email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the bank account and/or the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Product(s). All prices advertised are subject to changes.

PRODUCT PURCHASE

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product and subject to the following terms & condition. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price on either the invoice or cart check out page.

A. Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute as acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of products or session will not be formed UNTIL your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

B. Pricing And Availability
Whilst we try to ensure all details, descriptions and pricing which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product which you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the product, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in ‘Total Cost’. This website may contain typographical errors or other error or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information of the Product(s) that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms of return policies.

C. Payment
Under credit card payment methods, upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction, through the payment platform Paypal or Stripe. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted and shipped.

All purchase have to be made in full payment by the following methods:

1) PayNow under UEN 00733000J - immediate upon placement of order.

2) Internet bank transfer to Singapore UOB 505-303-539-7 within 02 days from the purchase date.

3) Stripe / Paypal payment upon request.

Goods will be arrange for dispatch upon confirmation of funds.

All banking-related, service provider and TT charges are borne by you; while all credit card charges are absorbed by Aik Che Hiong.

D. Confirmation Of Order And Official Invoice
Upon confirmation of your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you, which will include the purchase price of the Product(s). When the purchased Product(s) are ready to be shipped, a shipping confirmation email / WhatsApp message will be sent to you, containing the shipping information to allow you to track your order, whenever possible.

E. RETURN POLICY

No cancellation of order is allowed. We do not allow refund of products with packaging opened or being tampered with.

However, exchange of items for unopened AND incorrect products ordered will be available, on the condition that all packs in the bundle must be intact, i.e. not a single pack opened or tampered with. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY ON PRODUCTS

All products purchased through the website are subject only to any applicable warranties of their respective manufacturers, distributors or suppliers, if any. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, AIK CHE HIONG disclaim all warranties of any kind, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the Product(s) listed or purchased on the website. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, AIK CHE HIONG expressedly disclaim all liability for product defects, product misuse or modifications and/or abuse. You are encouraged To use the products in/within a well ventilated dwelling or space, as AIK CHE HIONG shall not be liable for any allergic reactions or intolerance to the products, nor any yellowing of surfaces resulting from any types/ brands of incense.
