We also gather your courses of interest when you sign up for Introductory Kits, preview seminars, subscribe to our newsletter, request for training course and workshop updates, participate in any other event or promotion. Your information may be transferred together with the company in the even that Aik Che Hiong is acquired. We will not disclose, share, transfer, sell or rent information to any third-party without your consent. We do not send unsolicited marketing email to you. You will occasionally receive email on special promotions we hold. Out of respect for your privacy, you may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to unsubscribe in the subject line in the email. In addition, we use standard security protocols and mechanisms and do not hold any credit card details on our end.

Only authorized personnel have access to our system. Contractors or other temporary employees do not have access to the data.

INFORMATION SECURITY

Aik Che Hiong is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal information you submit against errors, sabotage, fraud and breach of privacy . Our 3rd party providers utilises secure server encryption for all personal information (including name, address, credit card number and contact details) so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

The 3rd party payment gateways & providers adopted by Aik Che Hiong utilize advanced technology employed, in order to ensure all users that it is virtually impossible for our users' credit card information to be used fraudulently. Aik Che Hiong reserves the right to change this Information Security Policy at any time. Please direct any questions to sales@aikchehiong.com. Should you be concern on the credit card payment entry choices under Paypal or Stripe, we encourage that a bank transfer or Telegraphic Transfer or PAYNOW(coming soon) be made direct to Aik Che Hiong’s Bank account as an alternative.

Industry standard security measures are used which is made available through your browser called Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL protocol is used to safeguard your sensitive personal information, including your credit card number, during online transactions via 3rd party vendor websites. Using this widely accepted form of encryption, your transaction is secured from your personal computer to the computer processing your request.

As users enter the payment information, it is captured on a page that uses the SSL protocol by default. All personal and financial information is encrypted as it travels over the Internet. Credit card security is of top priority for our company and will only be processed under established & verified Paypal or Stripe.

CONTACTING YOU

To the extent that any of the communication means which you have provided Aik Che Hiong with (which may include, your telephone number and mobile number) is/will be listed on the Do Not Call Registry (the “DNC”), by submitting your information for both newsletter & purchasing items, or by any other means of indication, you hereby grant Aik Che Hiong your clear and unambiguous consent to contact you using all of your communication means you have provided to Aik Che Hiong including using via voice calls, SMS, Whatsapp, MMS, fax or other similar communications applications or methods, for the purposes as stated above under Personal Information (b). Aik Che Hiong reserves the right to alter any of the clauses contained herein in compliance with local legislation, and for any other purpose deemed reasonably necessary by Aik Che Hiong. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

MISCELLANEOUS

This Policy only applies to the collection and use of Personal Data by Aik Che Hiong. It does not cover third party sites to which we provide links, even if such sites are co-branded with our logo. Aik Che Hiong does not share your Personal Data with third party websites. Aik Che Hiong is not responsible for the privacy and conduct practices of these third party websites, so you should read their own privacy policies before disclosure of any Personal Data to these websites.

Aik Che Hiong will not sell your personal information to any third party without your permission, but we cannot be responsible or held liable for the actions of third party sites which you may have linked or been directed to Aik Che Hiong’s website.

Aik Che Hiong websites do not target and are not intended to attract children under the age of 21 years old. Aik Che Hiong does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 21 years old or send them requests for personal data.
